If you like this site and have made points cash out quick.
You may lose your points and have your account closed and never know the
reason. I always played by the rules and only posted nice comments and tried
not to get involved in anything that may cause problems. I think I lost my
account and all my points because I questioned why I wasn't getting any points
for anything that I was doing. They don’t like negative comments in fact they
erased all the negative comments on their Facebook page and you can’t even message
them anymore. At first I didn't even say anything bad I just wanted to know
what was going on, why I am not getting any points but no one was responding so
my last email was in CAPS and that was the end. I logged out and when I tried
to log back in everything was gone. I posted warnings and a bad review on their
Facebook wall and they removed them they also removed all the other not so nice
comments, all they have are comments about how great the site is. If you like
the site great but cash out every chance you get and never question them or
leave a not so nice comment because everything will be taken away.
There are other sites out there that you can earn money or
gift cards and they have good customer service and listen to your questions and
complaints. Cash out and leave ChatAbout before you find your account closed.
