Reward Port

Do not join Reward Port. They have limited rewards, the limited ways of earning points and the shopping points and stores are very weak compared to other sites. They also have poor customer service and the only way to contact them is through email. I had a problem with a redemption this year (not the first problem I had with them) and it took over 4 months to contact me and with attitude. I kept sending them emails (no other way to ask a question or complain) and I no one would respond. No matter how nice I was or how rude the emails were no one bothered to respond not even “we received your email and are looking into it” nothing. Then over 4 months later I get a response asking me for information that I had already stated in my previous emails, I guess they don’t bother to read. Then when I said it isn't nice being ignored I got an email with attitude, nice. So I emailed back over 4 months is being ignored and that was the last time I heard from them. My issue still has not been resolved and I am not getting back any reply.  The least customer service should do is send you a response not wait for over 4 months and then give you an attitude.
